Adults: Ages 16+  $31 plus taxes and fees

Youth: Ages 11-15 $21 plus taxes and fees

Ages 10 & younger free

Prices above include Arizona Athletic Ground’s admission fee of $10++ per guest + box office fee, taxes & ticketing fees

All spectators must wear wristband (on wrist) and show to security upon entry.

Event Communication - questions regarding schedule, event info, feedback or other inquiries should be directed to your gym/studio coach or owner. For any additional questions on-site, please visit the Merch Booth (Shelley) to assist. Please do not approach staff on judges riser for event questions.

CONCESSIONS: Managed by AzAG + food trucks at select events.

Saturday : Doors open at 930 AM
Plan on arriving during your athlete’s session. Seating will be congested during the transitions between awards and the next session.
CONCESSIONS: venue concessionaires and food trucks.

Event Merchandise T-Shirts : $30 / CASH preferred with exact change.

Notes About Divisions:

Level/Division Combination - some stand alone divisions have been combined to help create depth in divisions. In all cases, teams will be scored based on the difficulty for their declared level and age appropriate technique.

Teams will be eligible for Level/Division Champions if they are in a blended-level category.

Excel is a specialty division with blended levels allowing up to 2 optional more advanced level tumbling passes. No additional difficulty is awarded.

GENERAL INFO & POLICIES

  1. SPECTATOR SEATING & ATHLETES
    a. Chair seating- is reserved for spectators. Athletes should at all times make room for spectators to sit. Tiny/Mini athletes are welcome to sit with their parents when not practicing or with their coaches.
    b. Please make room for all guests and spectators to sit. Transitions between sessions and awards can become a bit congested, thank you for being friendly and courteous.
    c. VIP SEATING - Center seats of first 2 rows is the designated VIP Area for fans of the performing team only. No permanent seating in this area.
    d. If standing in open areas , please remain off to the sides off the performance area and please be sure to not obstruct judges/other spectators’ view.
    e. Due to the safety of our guests and direction from fire marshall, chairs may not be moved/relocated or obstruct any path or aisle.

  2.  VIDEO /PHOTO POLICY
    a. No flash photography, extended lenses of any kind or semi-professional cameras are not permitted. Exceptions may be made if requested in advance at least 3 Days prior to the event & does not conflict with venue or contracted photo /video services.
    b. Video-recording permitted of your athlete's individual team only.
    c. Commercial or for profit use of any videos or photos from the event is prohibited.

  3. Keep phones and tablets at seated-eye level to not block judges view. Selfie sticks, monopods, tripods etc. are not permitted. This is especially important when younger/smaller athletes are performing

  4. Please no congregating in front of or near judges riser. Guests will be asked to relocate.

  5. Use our hashtag #VOScheer on Facebook and Instagram for positive and uplifting messages.

  6. Please do not put bags, purses, water bottles or other personal items to save seats or space. Security reserves the right to move personal items to the floor to make room for seats.

  8. Warm up room and any designated practice space is for certified coaches, athletes and staff. No spectators permitted in these areas.

  9. Place all trash in appropriate receptacles.

  10. Restrooms are located on east side of venue

  11. No pets except official service animals.

  12. Nursing /pumping mothers, parents of infants or guests with adaptive sensory needs that need a quiet space, please see Shelley at coaches check in.

  13. Any spectators will be directed to leave by security for demonstrating any form of hostility, disregard or disrespect, poor sportsmanship to VOS Staff, other attendees etc.

  14. There are no refunds on admission, no exceptions.
